My fellow citizens and distinguished guests to the Busan city!

This autumn’s 2013 Busan International Food Expo is hosted by Busan Metropolitan City and Korea Restaurant Association Busan Branch for the flavor and style of Busan to the world.

Busan is trying to make the bright and hopeful city as well as the rich citizen based on the development of tourism and convention. Recently, Korean food has become popular internationally for its unique taste, fascinating appearance, and attraction as a health food.
The 2013 BIFE, with the object of introducing the flavor and style of Busan to the world, is going to be the chance for Busan to stimulate the tourism industry and to transform into a international hub-city through the promotion of Korean culture.

I hope the BIFE will become the area in which every visitor will meet and communicate through the flavor of Busan and the world’s food.
